Under current Belgian Law, accountancy professionals are divided between those providing recognised audit services ("Réviseurs d'Entreprises") and those engaged into chartered accountancy activity ("Experts Comptables").
"DEBAEKE E. & C°" is legally authorised auditor in Belgium and performs in all official duties reserved to this profession under belgian commercial law.
This office offers following services : auditing and accounts certification, tax and business consulting, setting-up firms and liquidations, companies’ mergers and acquisitions, financial management and organisation consultancy, shares’ valuation and private arbitration.
Clients mainly include commercial companies involved in various fields. Auditing of hospitals is also a core business activity of the office.
Offices are located in Brussels, administrative capital of Europe.
